About Ground Up Fitness
Ground Up Fitness is a personal training service for those looking to build muscle, gain weight, lose weight, or even maintain and tone their current physique. We offer constant interaction through text or email as well as nutritional advice for whatever your goals may be. We are here to make fitness easy, not complicated, dedicated to basic tried and true exercises that are performed with high intensity. We aim to change your body and challenge your mind.

ABOUT ME:
Hello, my name is Cedric Jackson. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, and I also hold a certificate for CNC (certified nutrition coach) through NASM as well. I started Ground Up Fitness not only to help others, but to shed a simpler light on fitness. Nowadays fitness is very complicated. I believe I can guide those who chose Ground Up Fitness for their journey, to simplicity. The philosophy that I hold to for training is H.I.T (High Intensity Training) which is a bodybuilding style of training started by Arthur Jones, then later tweaked and polished by Mike Mentzer, and eventually carried out by 6x Mr. Olympia Dorian yates. This training style is more than just applicable to the gym; this is a training style that truly overflows into all the areas of your life. We are looking for a change of the body, but it only starts with a change of our minds.
